Located at The Mill, a historic compound in Old Town Warrenton, The Orchid is an interdisciplinary space for creative growth, collaboration, and community. With each season offering new classes, workshops, and events, The Orchid evolves based on the interests of its members.

Founded during the summer of 2025 by Laura Coates, an artist and entrepreneur who previously worked at membership based organizations and art studios instructing ceramics, The Orchid became a conglomerate of many passions, stemming from the desire to flourish both creatively and professionally while in community with others.
